PropertyDocs supplies a digital property vault platform that lets real estate professionals store, organise and hand over property records to homeowners.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, store and share on the platform — including its accuracy, completeness, legality and suitability. PropertyDocs does not review, verify or endorse any content stored in a vault.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyDocs accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your reliance on any content stored within it, or any interruption, error, data loss or unavailability of the platform.
By using the platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless PropertyDocs, its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or your content.
Fees for issuing, transferring or renewing a Digital Property Vault are payable in advance. You may request a full refund within the earlier of (a) 30 days from the date of payment, or (b) the property's settlement date. Once that period has ended — including once the settlement date has passed — the vault is treated as live and the fee is non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and any PIN or access rights issued in connection with that payment will be revoked. Nothing in this clause limits any rights that cannot be excluded by law (for example, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or equivalent consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction).
