Is there an ongoing monthly software fee?

No. Account creation is free. You only pay $95 + tax when you formally finalise and issue an official Digital Property Vault. There are zero recurring monthly seat fees or maintenance subscriptions.
What are the one-off fees I might pay?

Three simple, one-off fees: a new vault is $95 + tax, a resale transfer is $95 + tax, and a renewal is $35 + tax within the 90-day grace window (or $95 + tax after it). No monthly fees, ever.
What happens when the home sells again?

The vault stays with the home. The incoming agent can transfer the existing vault to reflect their details plus those of the new homeowner. This process also cancels and then regenerates a new Access PIN while resetting storage to 5-years. The home's full history — warranties, paint codes and trade contacts — carries over intact.
How much can I store, and what file types?

Each vault holds up to 100 MB — plans, warranties, paint codes, appliance manuals and photos. Individual PDFs up to 25 MB, and images up to 5 MB each.
Where is the data stored, and is it secure?

Vaults are stored securely in the cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest, and locked behind the 6-digit PIN. They're never indexed by search engines. See our Data Privacy page for full detail.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can you build the vault for us? (Done-For-You)

Yes — in some locations we offer a Done-For-You service, where our team builds the complete vault for you. As this is a service that requires physical access to the property, we limit the service to where we have a local representative. If it is available in your region, the option will automatically appear when you purchase / transfer a Property Vault.
